Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

This policy explains how Zoetic collects, uses and shares consumer health data, as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act, and how you can exercise your rights. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Consumer health data we collect

We collect only the health-related information you or your household choose to share with us so we can serve you, such as:

  • Dietary requirements, allergies and food intolerances;
  • Accessibility and mobility needs;
  • Wellness, fitness, training, recovery and sleep goals and preferences;
  • The type of wellness or care providers you would like us to arrange; and
  • Health-related travel needs, such as assistance at airports.

We do not collect diagnoses, medical records, genetic or biometric data, precise location data or reproductive or sexual health information, and we ask you not to share them with us.

2. Why we collect it

We use consumer health data only to provide the services you request: for example, passing a dietary requirement to a restaurant or chef, requesting accessible rooms and transfers, or designing a home gym or recovery space and finding suitable trainers or specialists.

3. Sources

We collect consumer health data directly from you, or from someone you have authorized to make requests on your behalf, such as an assistant or family member.

4. Your consent

We collect consumer health data only with your consent, or as necessary to provide a service you have requested. We share it with a third party only with your separate consent or as necessary to provide the service you requested. We never sell consumer health data.

5. Who we share it with

  • Suppliers fulfilling your request, such as restaurants, chefs, hotels, airlines, aircraft operators, trainers, wellness specialists and equipment providers, limited to what each needs.
  • Service providers that host and secure our systems, under contracts that restrict their use of the data.

We do not share consumer health data with any affiliate.

6. Your rights

If you are a Washington consumer, you have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and access it, including a list of the third parties we have shared it with;
  • Withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data; and
  • Have your consumer health data deleted.
