Licensed and insured
Current licenses and registrations, and at least $1M general liability ($5M for higher-risk services).
Clear terms up front
Pricing, deposits and cancellation terms in writing before anything is confirmed.
Transparent
Any commission or referral fee disclosed in writing. We credit it to the member.
Discreet
No names, photos, addresses or social posts. Ever.
